A: Yes. Samples may be provided free of charge. However, the shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. The sample cost, if applicable, will be refunded once an official order is placed.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Sample orders typically take about 7 days, while mass production requires approximately 30–45 days, depending on the order quantity.
Q: Can I customize the color or add my own logo?
A: Yes. OEM and ODM services are available for orders of 200 pieces or more, including custom colors and logo printing.
Q: How do you ensure product quality during production?
A: Our dedicated Quality Control (QC) team monitors every stage of production, from raw material inspection to final product inspection. We also perform necessary laboratory testing using specialized inspection equipment. Third-party inspection reports can be provided upon request.
