A: The sample can be free. You need pay the sample freight. Sample cost would be refunded as soon as you place the official order.

A: 7 days for sample and 30-45 days for mass production.

Q: Can I appoint the color or have my own logo in the product?
A: OEM & ODM are welcomed if the QTY is more than 200PCS.

Q: How to inspect the product during production?
A: We have QC department to follow raw material and finished inspection. Special inspection instrument in the lab to do necessary test. 3rd party inspection report to be done.

Q: What is your warranty?
A: We offer you 12 months warranty.

Q: What is the payment terms?
A: You can pay through Alibaba trade assurance, TT, Paypal, L/C etc. Normally we accept 30% deposit, 70% based on B/L copy.
